Booking & Payment** * All services must be booked in advance via phone, email, or our website. * A deposit may be required at the time of booking for larger jobs or commercial work. * **Full payment is due immediately upon completion of the service.** * **We accept payment via cash or bank transfer only.** *Card payments are not accepted.* * Bank transfer payments must be confirmed before our team leaves the premises, unless prior arrangements have been made. --- ### **2. Access & Preparation** * Clients are responsible for providing clear and safe access to the premises at the agreed time. * Please remove small furniture, breakables, and personal belongings from the cleaning area beforehand. * iShine is not responsible for moving large or delicate items unless specifically arranged in advance. --- ### **3.
